Governing Law/Arbitration

This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the State of California, U.S.A. Payment is due when the purchase of service is entered on the website and is not conditional on whether the appeal is approved and/or if the order is cancelled.

Site owner is not liable for changes in the market that change appeal qualifications.
